摘要
劳务班组是施工生产活动最基层组织,班组工作的好坏直接关系着施工生产的成败。文章详细阐述劳务队伍班组长责任制的主要内容、建立流程及考核方法以及项目推行班组长责任制和协同管理的要点,并例举中铁五局二公司推行劳务队伍班组长责任制后项目管理取得的效果,说明了建立和推行劳务队伍班组长责任制对提升项目管理水平和提高施工企业竞争力的重要性。
Labor team is the most basic organization of construction. The quality of team work is directly related to the success or failure of construction. In this paper,it is elaborated that the main contents,the establishment process and assessment methods of the responsibility system of team leaders in the labor force and the key points of implementing the responsibility system of team leaders and collaborative management in the project. It is also shown that the effect is achieved in the project management after the implementation of the responsibility system for team leaders of the labor force in the Second Company of the Fifth Bureau of China Railway Group Limited. And the importance of establishing and implementing the responsibility system for team leaders of the labor force in improving the level of project management and the competitiveness of construction enterprises is also illustrated.
