摘要
结核病一直以来都是威胁人类健康的一项重大呼吸道传染性疾病。抗结核药物的使用是结核病防治的关键措施。而一部分患者在抗结核药物使用过程中会出现药物相关性肝损害,导致其中一部分抗结核治疗的失败甚至出现暴发性肝衰竭而危及生命。因此对抗结核药物的代谢及其潜在的肝损害机制的研究显得非常重要。本文将对一线抗结核药物的代谢及其引起肝损害的机制的研究进展进行综述。
Tuberculosis( TB),a chronic infectious disease,remains a major public health problem worldwide.One of the core measures is the effective treatment for TB patients. However,liver injury may occur at any time after initiation of anti-TB drugs,leading to the failure of treatment and even the life-threatening liver failure in part of TB patients. Therefore,studies on the metabolism and mechanisms of the anti-TB drugs in the initiation and progress of liver injury are urgent. In this article,we aimed to give a brief review of the metabolism and hepatotoxicity mechanisms of the first line anti-TB drugs commonly used in clinic.
