四川省仁寿县某中学结核病健康教育干预效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Tuberculosis Health Education Intervention in A Middle School in Renshou County of Sichuan Province

目的了解四川省仁寿县某中学学生结核病知识知晓率和行为形成率情况,评价干预措施的有效性,为今后中学生结核病健康教育措施的制定提供依据。方法 2018-01/04期间,对四川省仁寿县某中学在校学生进行健康教育;采用随机抽样方法,分别于2017-12抽取该校中学生276人,2018-05抽取该校中学生244人进行干预前、后知晓率调查。知晓率的比较采用χ~2检验。结果健康教育干预前后,学生总体知晓率由79. 09%(1 528/1 932)上升到88. 76%(1 516/1 708),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=61. 907,P<0. 01);学生总体行为形成率由86. 96%(720/828)上升到97. 68%(715/732),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=60. 587,P<0. 01)。结论仁寿县教体和卫生系统联防联控结核病,一定程度促进了学校结核病健康教育工作,但仍需进一步采用学生喜闻乐见的干预方法,持续开展健康知识干预,巩固健康教育干预的长期效果。

Objective To learn the tuberculosis awareness rate and behavior formation rate of the middle school students in Renshou county,and evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention measures,so as to provide a basis for the development of TB health education measures for middle school students in the future. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to select 276 middle school students from the school in December 2017 and 244 middle school students from the school in May 2018 for the pre-intervention and post-intervention awareness rate survey. Results Before and after the intervention of education,the overall awareness rate of students increased from 79. 09%,1 528/1 932 to 88. 76%,1 516/1 708,with statistically significant difference(χ^2= 61. 907,P = 0. 000);the overall behavior formation rate of students increased from 86. 96%( 720/828) to 97. 68%,( 715/732),with statistically significant difference(χ^2= 60. 587,P =0. 000). Conclusion The joint prevention and control of TB in education physical system and health system in Renshou has promoted the education work of TB health in schools to a certain extent,but it still needs to further adopt the intervention methods popular with students to consolidate the long-term effects of health intervention work.
