复方黄柏液对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后创面愈合的影响

Effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Solution on Post-operative Wound Healing in Perianal Abscess Patients Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

【目的】探讨复方黄柏液对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者I期根治手术后创面愈合的影响。【方法】将60例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。2组患者均在常规给予降糖和抗感染治疗基础上行I期根治手术,试验组术后给予复方黄柏液进行换药治疗,对照组术后给予凡士林纱条进行换药治疗,观察2组患者术后7、14 d创面疼痛程度、渗液情况和创面愈合率情况。【结果】(1)术后7 d,2组患者的创面疼痛、渗液评分比较,试验组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后14 d,2组患者的创面疼痛、渗液评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)术后7 d,2组患者的创面愈合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14 d,试验组的创面愈合率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后创面使用复方黄柏液治疗,能减轻患者疼痛,减少创面渗液,促进创面愈合。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri(Huangbo)Solution on the wound healing in perianal abscess patients complicated with diabetes mellitus after stageⅠradical operation.Methods Sixty perianal abscess patients complicated with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into trial group and control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were given stageⅠradical operation on the basis of routine hypoglycemic and anti-infection treatment.After the surgery,the trial group was given Compound Cortex Phellodendron solution dressing change,and the control group was given Vaseline gauze dressing change.On the 7 th and 14 th day after surgery,the degree of pain,the condition of exudate and the wound healing rate in the two groups were observed.Results(1)On the 7 th day after surgery,the improvement of the scores of wound pain and exudate in the trial group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05);on the 14 th day after surgery,the differences of the scores of wound pain and exudate between the two groups were insignificant(P>0.05).(2)On the 7 th day after surgery,the difference of wound healing rate between the two groups was insignificant(P>0.05);on the 14 th day after surgery,the trial group had higher wound healing rate than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Compound Cortex Phellodendri(Huangbo)Solution can relieve the wound pain and exudate,and promote the healing of wound of perianal abscess patients complicated with diabetes mellitus after operation.
