以透刺穴位埋线为主治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical Study on Functional Dyspepsia Treated Mainly by Penetration Needling Plus Acupoint Embedding

【目的】观察透刺穴位埋线法治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。【方法】收集功能性消化不良患者共90例,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为3组,即透刺埋线组、常规埋线组和西药组,每组各30例。透刺埋线组患者先透刺穴位,再将长约1～2 cm的羊肠线置入穴位中;常规埋线组患者将长约0.5～0.8 cm的羊肠线垂直置入穴位中;西药组患者单纯使用枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服治疗。分别对比3组患者在治疗前、后和半年后随访时的症状体征积分、SF-36生活状况调查表评分,并进行疗效评价。【结果】通过1个疗程的治疗后,透刺埋线组的治疗总有效率(93.3%)最高,与常规埋线组(90.0%)和西药组(86.7%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后及随访时的症状体征积分、SF-36生活质量评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),其中透刺埋线组症状改善和生活质量提高较其他2组更明显(P<0.05)。【结论】透刺穴位埋线法治疗功能性消化不良临床效果明显,且具有稳定的远期效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of penetration needling plus acupoint embedding(PN-AE)for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 90 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into PN-AE group,AE group and western medicine group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.PN-AE group was given PN first and then was treated with AE with 1~2 cm of catgut,AE group was given conventional AE with 0.5~0.8 cm of catgut,and western medicine group was given oral use of Mosapride Citrate Tablets.Before treatment,after a treatment course of 2 months and after follow-up for six months,the scores of signs and symptoms as well as the scores of Short-form 36-item Health Survey(SF-36)for the quality of life were examined,and the therapeutic effect of the three groups was evaluated after treatment.Results After one course of treatment,the total effective rate of PN-AE group was the highest(93.3%),and was significantly different from that of the AE group(90.0%)and western medicine group(86.7%),the differences among the three groups being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom and sign scores and SF-36 scores of the three groups were much improved(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the improvement in PN-AE group was superior to that in AE group and western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion PN-AE is effective for the treatment of functional dyspepsia with a stable long-term effect,being worth of clinical popularization.
