摘要
本文针对不锈钢热加工过程中常见的质量缺陷,以不锈钢热加工温度控制理论为基础,结合不锈钢的高温力学性能,研究了不锈钢在连铸、加热、轧钢和退火等热加工过程中质量缺陷产生的原因,提出了质量缺陷的控制措施,对于提高不锈钢产品质量具有重要的意义。
In this paper, based on the common quality defects and the temperature control theory in stainless steel hot processing, combined with the high temperature mechanical properties of stainless steel, the causes of quality defects during stainless steel hot processing such as continuous casting, heating, rolling and annealing, were studied. The control measures for quality defects are proposed, which is of great significance for improving the quality of stainless steel products.
