Optimization of Swing Arm of Open-door Looper for Cold-annealing Pickling Unit of Stainless Steel Cold-rolling

本文对不锈钢冷轧冷退火酸洗机组活套功能进行了描述,指出现有对开门式活套摆臂存在的问题,通过对开式活套摆臂进行改造优化,从根本上解决由于活套摆臂弹簧断裂造成活套小车被撞坏、活套绳索断裂等后果的恶性事故的发生。

In this paper, the function of the looper for cold-annealing pickling unit of stainless steel cold-rolling is described and the existing problems of the swing arm of opendoor looper are pointed out. Through the transformation and optimization of the swing arm, the occurrence of a vicious accident caused by the collapse of the looper car and the breakage of the looper rope due to the breakage of the looper arm spring is fundamentally solved.
