摘要
本文通过全自动活性度测定仪对酒钢集团生产所需活性石灰中活性度的测定,以及经典化学分析和仪器测定的比对,对现有的手工化学分析进行优化处理,从而实现活性石灰中的活性度的仪器测定。通过大量实验的比对,表明目前全自动活性度测定仪的测定满足实验室的检验要求,可以正常使用。
The activity of active lime in production of JISCO is determined by automatic activity meter in this paper. By comparing the classical chemical analysis with the instrumental determination, the existing manual chemical analysis is optimized to achieve the instrumental determination of the activity of active lime. Through a large number of experimental comparisons,it is indicated that the current automatic activity meter can meet the requirements of laboratory inspection and can be used.
