摘要
为了解四川部分区域鸽源沙门菌的病原携带情况及分离菌的部分生物学特性,笔者采用RTPCR对四川部分区域采集的1 375羽赛鸽、信鸽的肛门拭子、粪便样本开展了沙门菌携带情况的调查,检测分离鉴定得到的沙门菌部分毒力基因。结果鉴定出52株沙门菌,检出率为3.85%(95%置信区间为2.81%~4.85%),以双流区、郫都检出率较高,分别为11.23%(9/81)和11.11%(10/89),各区域间检出率差异极显著(P<0.01)。甲型副伤寒沙门菌、纽波特沙门菌均占定型菌株的11.9%,定型菌毒力基因sipC占比为92.85%,提示分离株有较强的入侵非吞噬细胞的能力。结果丰富了鸽源沙门菌携带情况的相关资料,为鸽源沙门菌的深入研究及防控提供了参考。
This study was conducted to learn the situation of Salmonella carrying status and some of their biological characteristics in pigeons in part of Sichuan Province.The total number of 1 375 pigeon fecal samples were collected from part of Sichuan Province and virulence genes of the isolates were detected.In result,the positive rate of Salmonella was 3.85%(95%confidence interval=2.81%-4.85%)in 1 375 pigeon fecal samples,sum to 52 strain.The positive rates were significantly different(P<0.01)among areas of the part of Sichuan Province,meanwhile the positive rates in Shuangliu District and Pixian County are higher than the other areas,the former is 11.23%(9/81)and the latter is 11.11%(10/89),respectively.11.9%of the isolates were Salmonella Paratyphi A or Newport.92.85%of the isolates had virulence gene sip C,indicating that the isolates have a strong ability to inter non-phagocytic cell.The above-mentioned results enrich the information on the pigeon-origin Salmonella and provide the theoretical basis for study on Salmonella in pigeons.
