建筑幕墙在住宅产品的应用探讨

目前,高端公寓及住宅产品外立面采用了大量的幕墙产品(如:石材幕墙、玻璃幕墙、金属幕墙、人造板材幕墙等),但因其使用功能特点与办公楼有所不同,幕墙施工时出现较多的问题和冲突。本文主要阐述建筑幕墙产品应用于高端公寓或住宅时,在幕墙设计及实施阶段与各专业配合时需注意的要点。

A large number of curtain wall products (such as stone curtain wall, glass curtain wall, metal curtain wall, man-made panel curtain wall, etc.) are used in the facades of high-end apartments and residential buildings. However, because of the different features of their use functions from office buildings, there are many problems and conflicts in curtain wall construction. This paper mainly elaborates the key points that should be paid attention to when curtain wall products are applied to high-end apartments or residential buildings in the curtain wall design and implementation stage and in coordination with various professions.
