摘要
住宅建筑的外立面构件的构造尺寸的变化会影响到房间的天然采光、太阳辐射,从而影响到室内的人工采光、制冷、采暖等能量消耗。结合南京地区的光气候特点,利用光环境模拟软件Ecotect来分析立面构件尺寸变化对住宅各功能空间的室内天然采光、太阳辐射的影响。在固定的窗地比的条件下,通过改变窗户形式、窗户模数和阳台形式等几个方面来改善建筑的室内光环境,并总结出具有较大的通用性和互换性的节能构件库。
The sizes of facade components of residential building can influence the natural lighting and solar radiation, therefore it will also affect interior energy consumption like artificial lighting,refrigeration, heating and etc. In this paper, com. bined with the light climate characteristics of Nanjing region the effect of facade component size on natural daylight and solar radiation in each residential space is analyzed by using the light environment simulation software Ecotect. Under the condition of fixed window-to-ground ratio, the indoor light environment of the building is improved by changing the window form, window modulus and balcony form. The essay also tried to summarize the energy-saving component library with greater versatility and interchangeability .
