摘要
他者理论视域下的师生关系实质上是一种伦理责任关系。从单一主体到双主体师生关系的认识转变对应着师生伦理责任关系从倾向自我到他者的递进演变。列维纳斯的他者理论以"面貌的显露""言说与回应"隐喻"我"与他者建立"父子关系"般的伦理责任关系。从生成论教学哲学的立场看,这种师生伦理责任关系在存在关系、思维方式以及价值导向方面呈现超越性品质,但在主体地位、主体性以及主体关系方面存在局限性。实践和落实教师"为他责任"伦理,要重视关系优先的基本原理、转变思维方式以及重视价值引导。
From the perspective of the theory of "the other", the relationship between teachers and students is the relationship of ethical responsibility. Then, the relationship transforming from single subject to double subjects is corresponding to the progressive evolution of the ethical responsibility relationship in the aspect of epistemology. The "face to face" and "saying and response" in the lens of Levinas are the metaphors of the procedures establishing the ethical responsibility relationship between "the other" and "I" like "father-son relationship". From the standpoint of generative teaching-learning philosophy, the relationship shows transcendental qualities in relation of being, thinking ways and value orientation;while there’s limitation in subject status, subjectivity and subject relationship. To practice and implement the ethics of "responsibility toward the other", it should attach importance to relationship priority, change the way of thinking and value guidance.
