一流本科教育建设的院校战略——英国帝国理工学院案例剖析

一流本科教育建设要想真正落地,院校层面的战略规划至关重要。英国帝国理工学院紧扣研究型大学身份设定战略目标,围绕"主动学习"理念制定战略重点,坚持科学民主论证确保战略规划合理可行,抓住资助杠杆保障战略实施。借鉴其经验,我国高校在制定一流本科教育战略规划时应紧扣办学基础设定战略目标,教育理论先行指导确定战略重点,院校层面加强资源战略整合,加强院校各服务部门的专业化建设,落实对大学教师教育教学尤其学科教学方法的培训,推进科学民主战略规划。

It is vital to identify the strategy for building world-class undergraduate education. Imperial College London set out its strategic goals according to its status of the research university, made strategic priorities based on the idea of active learning, ensured the feasibility of the strategic planning by scientific and democratic demonstration, and financed the completion through sponsor leverage. From its experience, colleges in China should set goals according to their school-running bases when building world-class undergraduate education, and employ educational theories to guide strategic priorities;at the level of college, they should stress resource integration, enhance the professional construction of the serving departments, fulfil the faculty training of pedagogy especially on the aspect of discipline teaching method, and advance the scientific and democratic strategic planning.
