我国设计产业国际竞争力研究——基于2005-2015年设计产品贸易数据的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 设计产业是以知识创意作为核心价值的新兴产业,已经成为国际竞争中的重要因素。本文运用联合国贸易和发展会议(UNCTAD)的分类方法,分析我国设计产品的国际贸易的发展现状。利用2005-2015年间的数据,通过国际竞争理论中的国际竞争力评价指标:国际占有率、显示性比较优势指数、国际竞争力指数以及产业内贸易指数等方面以定量研究的方法分析我国设计产品的国际竞争力。分析结果发现:我国设计产业虽具有较强的市场占有率及比较优势,但多个行业仍处于全球价值链的低端,依靠劳动密集型优势以及低成本优势获得设计产业中的贸易顺差。因此,我国的设计产业想要进一步发展,应在保证贸易规模的基础上,尽快提升设计产业的价值增值能力。 Design industry is a new industry with knowledge creativity as its core value. It has become an important factor in international competition. This article uses the classification method of the United Nations Conference on Trade and development(UNCTAD) to analyze the current situation of international trade in China’s design products. By using 2005-2015 years of data, we choose the evaluation index of the international competitiveness according to the theory of international trade, it including international market share, the index of revealed comparative advantage, international trade competitiveness index and intra industry trade index. The analysis result shows that although China’s design industry has strong market share and comparative advantage, many industries are still at the low position of the global value chain, and they rely on labor intensive advantages or low cost advantages to get the trade surplus in the design industry. Therefore, in order to develop the design industry in China, the value added capacity of the design industry should be promoted as soon as possible on the basis of guaranteeing the scale of trade.
