疑是“脓毒症”的病例1例

A case suspected of "sepsis"

假性肠梗阻是系统性红斑狼疮一种少见的胃肠道表现。一位发热伴腹痛1w患者,外院诊断"肠梗阻,脓毒症",给予治疗后病情持续加重就诊我院。入院检查无腹膜炎表现,经进一步检查确诊为系统性红斑狼疮合并假性肠梗阻。

Intestinal pseudo-obstruction is a rare gastrointestinal manifestation.A patient generate fever complicated with abdominal pain for one week, diagnosed of "Intestinal obstruction, Sepsis" by other medical institutions.The condition of the patient continued to worsen after treatment, then transfer to our hospital.Physical examination on admission showed no peritonitis, further examination confirmed that systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with Intestinal pseudo-obstruction.
