摘要
采用自主研发的B100W乳液,以重质碳酸钙为载体,经充分混合后造粒,制备了母粒(CPS-B100W),考察了其在以碳酸钙为填料的高填充PVC制品中的应用。结果表明:采用CPS-B100W等量替代PVC石塑制品、PVC穿线管、PVC-U排水管中的CPE和ACR后,可有效提升制品的塑化性能和力学性能。
Masterbatch CPS-B100W was prepared from self-developed B100W emulsion and heavy calcium carbonate as carrier by fully mixing and granulation.The application of CPS-B100W in highly-filled PVC products filled with calcium carbonate was investigated.The results showed that the plasticization property and mechanical properties of the products could be effectively improved by substituting CPS-B100W for CPE and ACR by equal weight in the formula of PVC stone-plastic products, PVC threading pipes and PVC-U drainage pipes.
