电石法氯乙烯合成用超低汞触媒的工业化应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了低汞触媒和超低汞触媒的性能指标,阐述了超低汞触媒在新疆中泰化学阜康能源有限公司工业化生产实际应用情况。结果表明:①后台超低汞触媒转化器相比于后台低汞触媒转化器,合成的气体略差,但能满足指标v(C_2H_2)≤3%的要求;运行温度略高,接近指标上限180℃。②前台超低汞触媒转化器合成的气体均能满足指标v(C_2H_2)≤40%的要求,但运行温度较高,在调节过程中容易造成转化器温度超出指标上限180℃。 The performance indexes of low-level mercury catalyst and ultra-low-level mercury catalyst were introduced. The practical application of ultra-low-level mercury catalyst in industrial production in Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Fukang Energy Co., Ltd. was described. The results showed that:(1) when used in the second-stage convertor, compared with the low-level mercury catalyst, the ultra-lowlevel mercury catalyst produced slightly worse reaction product gas which met the requirement of C2 H2 < 3%, and the operating temperature was slightly higher and approached the upper limit of 180℃.(2) when used in the first-stage converter, the ultra-low-level mercury catalyst produced reaction product gas which met the requirement of C2H2 <40%, but the operation temperature was higher and easy to exceed the upper lim让 of 180℃ in operational adjustment.
