摘要
介绍了目前行业内测试PVC树脂热稳定性的方法,并阐述了各方法的优缺点。重点对老化白度法、刚果红法、转矩流变仪法进行了试验研究,指出转矩流变仪能够更真实地反映PVC树脂的热稳定性能。
Methods of measuring the thermal stability of PVC resins currently adopted in PVC industry were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were described. The aging whiteness method, Congo red method and torque rheometer method were mainly studied by experiment. It was pointed out that the torque rheometer could more truly reflect the thermal stability of PVC resins.
