高沸物精馏塔系统换热器的改造

Reformation of heat exchangers used in high-boiling distillation tower system

摘要 总结了高沸物精馏塔系统列管式换热器频繁泄漏、严重影响安全生产的教训。通过技术改造,在高沸物精馏塔系统增加蒸发式冷却器,代替或减少列管式换热器的使用,取得了预期的效果,稳定了精馏系统的安全生产和产品质量。 Leakage of tubular heat exchangers used in high-boiling distillation tower system occurred frequently and affected seriously the safety of production. Object lessons was summarized. Through technical reformation ,evaporative condensers were added to replace or reduce the tubular heat exchangers. The expected effect was obtained, and safe production of the distillation system and product quality were stabilized.
