摘要
采用一步水热合成法合成了具有二维尺寸的Co3O4纳米材料,再通过绿色合成法引入NaBH4还原H2Pt Cl6和HAuCl4,得到Co3O4@AuPt复合纳米材料。由于Co3O4优异的催化活性和AuPt纳米合金良好的导电性,建立了灵敏检测水合肼的电化学传感器。该电化学传感器的线性范围为:1. 0~100. 0μmol/L,100. 0~5000. 0μmol/L,检出限为0. 23μmol/L。方法用于检测河水中的水合肼,结果相对标准偏差小于2. 2%,加标回收率为103. 0%。
The 2D Co3O4 nano meterial was prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. The Pt^4+and Au^3+precursor were reduced by NaBH4 and supported on the Co3O4 to form the Co3O4@ AuPt.Due to the high catalytic activity of the Co3 O4 and the excellent conductivity of AuPt nano alloy,the electrochemical sensor showed wide linearity in the range of 1. 0-100. 0 μmol/L and 100. 0-5000. 0 μmol/L,with the detection limit of 0. 23 μmol/L. The method has been applied to the determination of hydrazine in the real sample with the recover of 103. 0% and RSD lower than 2. 2%.
