断路保护器定位板四轴冲铆级进模设计 被引量:5

Design on four-axis punching-riveting progressive die for locating plate of breaker protector

摘要 通过对断路保护器定位板的结构进行分析,制定了加工工艺方案及排样方案,设计了四轴冲铆级进模具,该级进模具包括导向机构、定位机构、冲孔机构、铆轴机构等。在结构优化上,采用销钉垂直度导块和销钉上限位柱进行定位,保证了销钉的垂直度和压入深度,提高了加工零件的精度;在设计方法上,选取双排导料柱作为导料系统,并配合装卡料带的缩径段使用,降低了料带前进的位置误差;此外,采用四轴同时铆钉的方式,大大提高了生产效率。实际生产证明,将冲孔和铆钉结合为一体是合理的,不仅省去了人工铆钉过程,降低了工人劳动强度,减少近60%成本投入,而且将产品合格率由原先的80%提高到近100%,生产效率提高近50%。 The processing schemes and layout schemes were formulated by analyzing the locating plate structure of breaker protector,and a four-axis punching-riveting progressive die was designed with guide mechanism,positioning mechanism,punching mechanism and riveting mechanism,etc. In the structural optimization,the positioning was set up by pin vertical guide block and the pin upper limit post to ensure the verticality and the penetration depth of the pin,and the accuracy of parts was improved. In the design method,the double-row guide column was chosen as the guide system,the reduced diameter section of the loaded strip was used together to reduce the position error of the strip forward. In addition,the production efficiency was greatly improved by using the four-axis simultaneous rivets. The actual production proves that it is reasonable to combine with punching and riveting,which not only saves the manual rivet process to lower the labor intensity of workers and reduce cost by nearly 60%,but also improves product yield from 80% to almost 100%,and production efficiency by nearly 50%.
