摘要
大型高压筒体钢丝预应力缠绕是超长缓变过程,筒体内壁微应变最小为40με,相邻缠绕层之间的应变差最小为10με,因而要求测量系统必须具有高精度、实时性两个特征。首创互联网环境下的高精度实时在线微应变测量方法,通过对筒体微应变过程进行分析,搭建能够实时监测并通过网络传输的应变测量系统,实现对缠绕过程的远程监控。将此方法应用于我国首台770 MN橡皮囊液压成形机(简称770)筒形机架钢丝预应力缠绕过程控制,通过对应变数据的分析验证了方法的有效性。同时,还提出了生产过程在线监测筒体形变的方法,对100 MPa成形压力下的筒体形变数据进行采集和对比分析,为高压筒体健康诊断提供了保障。
Pre-stressed steel wire winding of large high-pressure cylinders is a long and slow process with minimal strain 40 με of the cylinder inner wall and minimal differential stress 10 με between adjacent winding layers,and the measurement system must have two characteristics of high precision and real-time performance. Then,the precision micro strain online measuring method was created by the internet,and the remote monitoring of the winding process was realized by analysis the micro strain process of the cylinder and setting up a strain measurement system monitored in real time and transmitted over a network. Applying the above method to the pre-stressed winding process control of the cylindrical frame for the first 770 MN rubber diaphragm hydroforming machine( abbreviated as 770) made in China,the effectiveness of the method was verified by analysis strain data. At the same time,a method of on-line monitoring the deformation of the cylinder in the production process was put forward,and the deformation data of the cylinder under 100 MPa forming pressure were collected and analyzed comparatively. Thus,a guarantee for the health diagnosis of the high-pressure cylinder was provided.
