慢性子宫内膜炎与复发性流产关系的研究被引量：12

摘要目的探讨多配体蛋白聚糖1(CD138)在诊断慢性子宫内膜炎(CE)中的作用及复发性流产(RSA)与CE的关系。方法选择2015年10月至2017年10月的80例RSA患者及50例健康早孕妇女因"计划外妊娠"行人工流产的患者为研究对象,收集其子宫内膜标本10 g,每例标本分别进行HE染色(苏木素-伊红染色)及CD138免疫组化染色判断慢性子宫内膜炎。结果⑴RSA组中CD138免疫组化染色法的阳性率(16%)与HE染色法的阳性率(8. 7%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4. 17,P <0. 05)。⑵RSA组的CD138免疫组化染色法阳性率(16%)与正常对照组(4%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4. 52,P <0. 05)。结论 CD138免疫组化染色是诊断慢性子宫内膜炎的主要依据;慢性子宫内膜炎与复发性流产有一定的关系。
