摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析仪,针对7055铝合金方锭铸造成型的主要缺陷—铸锭表面偏析瘤进行宏观和微观分析。结果表明:7055铝合金方铸锭偏析瘤中除了含Al、Zn、Mg、Cu的非平衡凝固共晶体之外,未见含Zr的结晶相,但存在大量的含Fe结晶相,并且其数量大大超过7055铝合金通常铸锭含Fe结晶相的数量。
Metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer were used to analyze the surface segregation tumor, which is the main defect of 7055 aluminum alloy ingot while casting. The results show that there isn't Zr-containing crystalline phase found, but Al, Zn, Mg and Cu non-equilibrium freezing eutectic in the tumor of 7055, and a large number of Fe-containing crystalline phases which are much more than those usually contained in 7055 aluminum alloy ingots.
