摘要 通过对化学成分的有效控制,采用小角度铣削铸锭侧面,以及应用临界变形理论,实现了0359铝合金高频焊管用板材减薄至0. 23 mm厚度,保证板材减薄的同时,其性能也得到保证。 The thinning process of 0359 aluminum alloy sheet to the thickness of 0. 23 mm for high frequency welded pipe is realized through the effective control of chemical compositions,small angle milling on the ingot side surface, and the use of critical deformation theory, Both the performance and the thinning can be guaranteed at the same time.
