摘要
对6060与6005A两种铝合金挤压管材进行折弯性能试验研究,发现6005A铝合金挤压管材的折弯性能优于6060铝合金的。在挤压工艺不变的条件下,通过调整时效制度可以改变管材的折弯性能,6005A铝合金管材在145℃保温5 h时效处理后,其折弯性能和其他力学性能均可满足客户的要求。
The bending properties of 6060 and 6005 A aluminum alloys extruded pipes were studied. It was found that the 6005 A alloy extruded pipe had better bending performance than6060 alloy. Under the same extrusion process,the bending performance could be changed by adjusting the aging system. Bending performance and other mechanical performances of 6005 A alloy at 145℃ for 5 hours aging treatment could meet customer requirements.
