38%吡唑醚菌酯·啶酰菌胺干悬浮剂的配方研制 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]用吡唑醚菌酯和啶酰菌胺复配制成干悬浮剂,拓宽杀菌谱,提高利用率。[方法]采用湿法研磨粉碎,后喷雾干燥制得38%吡唑醚菌酯·啶酰菌胺干悬浮剂,通过流点法初筛润湿剂与分散剂,再根据润湿时间、崩解次数、硬度和悬浮率的测定筛选最终配方。[结果]最优配方:吡唑醚菌酯12.8%、啶酰菌胺25.2%、SD-819 17.5%、SD-661 7.5%、SD-02 3%、乙二醇2.5%、硫酸铵2.5%、SR-04补足至100%。[结论]该配方制得的干悬浮剂悬浮率高,热贮稳定性好,各项性能指标均符合规定。 [Aims] The dry flowable was prepared by compounding pyraclostrobin and boscalid, widening the bactericidal spectrum and increasing the utilization rate.[Methods] The preparation of pyraclostrobin·boscalid 38% dry flowable was completed by wet grinding and spray drying. The wetting agent and dispersant were screened by the flow point method, and then, the final formulation was selected according to the wetting time, disintegration frequency, hardness and suspension rate.[Results] The optimum formula was: pyraclostrobin 12.8%, boscalid 25.2%, SD-819 17.5%, SD-661 7.5%, SD-02 3%, ethylene glycol 2.5%, ammonium sulphate 2.5%, SD-04 complements to 100%.[Conelusions] The dry flowable prepared by the formula has high suspending rate, good thermal storage stability, and all the performance indexes meet the requirements.
