科技创新与文化消费的互动机制及对文化产业转型升级的影响——基于供给侧改革视域的分析 被引量:17

The Interactive Mechanism of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Cultural Consumption and Its Influence on the Transformation and Upgrading of Cultural Industry——An Analysis Based on Supply-side Reform

摘要 文化产业的供给侧结构性改革不应以弱化需求管理为代价,它强调供给端与需求侧的良性互动。而科技创新与文化消费恰好分别对应于文化产业的供给端与需求侧。其中,文化消费能够为科技创新提供精神支持、文化创意并设定价值导向;科技创新则可以为文化消费提供技术支持、高附加值产品选择,并增进文化消费水平。因此,在供给侧改革视域下,科技创新与文化消费的互动机制不仅能够为文化产业催生出高质量供给品,更能够带动文化产业新业态的形成,而二者相互作用也将为我国文化产业的转型升级提供良好契机。为此,我国应进一步优化文化产业的政策环境、产业环境与融资环境,制定合理的发展规划、形成优良的创新机制,从而释放科技创新与文化消费互动效应对我国文化产业升级发展的积极助力。 The supply-side structural reform of the cultural industry should not be at the expense of weakening demand management. It should emphasize the benign interaction between the supply side and the demand side.The scientific and technological innovation and cultural consumption correspond to the supply and demand sides of the cultural industry. Among them,cultural consumption can provide spiritual support,cultural creativity and value orientation for technological innovation;technological innovation can provide technical support for cultural consumption,high value-added product selection,and enhance cultural consumption. Therefore,under the supply-side reform background,the interactive mechanism of technological innovation and cultural consumption can not only produce high-quality supplies for the cultural industry,but also promote the formation of new forms of cultural industry,The interaction between the two will also provide a good opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese culture industry. Hence,China should further optimize the policy environment,industrial environment and financing environment of the cultural industry,in addition,it is still important to formulate a reasonable development plan,and form an excellent innovation mechanism,thereby releasing the positive effect of the interaction between science and technology innovation and cultural consumption on the upgrading and development of China’s cultural industry.
