From Letting it Go to Taking it Conscious:Theoretical Basis of Rescuing the Failed Technological Innovation

技术创新失败挽救开始得到产业界和学术界的关注,但其背后的理论依据还不清晰。提出技术创新失败挽救的本质是释放失败项目的价值,基本的战略思维来自于创新者认知的进化,对失败项目观察视角的转换是发现挽救机会的关键,在失败项目挽救活动的启动过程中适合采用效果逻辑的决策方式,并从创新生态系统的范畴出发管理挽救过程。

Rescuing the failed technological innovation has attracted the intensive attentions of the industry and academia,but the supporting theory remains unclear. This paper illustrated that the essence of rescuing the failed technological innovation is to release the value of the failed project,and the basic strategic thinking comes from the cognition evolution of the innovator. Changing the perspectives of the failed projects is the key to find the opportunity to rescue the failed technological innovation. In the process of rescuing the failed projects,the effectuation is applied as the decision making manner,and the rescuing process management ought to start from and cover the innovation ecosystem.
