科学知识的价值偏向性是指作为价值客体的科学知识的属性只能满足一部分价值主体的需要。价值偏向不同于价值负载和价值关联。对价值中立且传统类型的科学知识,其价值偏向性由价值主体的差异性决定;对价值中立且新类型的科学知识,其价值偏向性由价值主体的差异性和科学知识的差异性共同决定;对价值负载的科学知识(无论哪种类型),其价值偏向性的决定因素除前述相应因素外,还有科学知识的内容,因为这一内容对不同的价值主体有不同的效用。

The value bias of scientific knowledge means that the attribute of scientific knowledge as the object of value can only meet the needs of a part of the value subject. Value bias is different from value-laden and value-relevant. For the scientific knowledge of the value-neutral and the traditional type,its value bias is determined by the difference of the value subject. For the scientific knowledge of the value-neutral and the new type,its value bias is determined by the difference of the value subject and the difference of scientific knowledge. For the scientific knowledge of the value-laden,no matter which type,its determinants of the value bias include the connotations of scientific knowledge in addition to the above-mentioned corresponding factors,because these connotations have different effects on different value subjects.
