从引种到繁盛:大豆在美国的历史追溯 被引量:8

From Introduction to Prosperity: Soybean History in the United States

摘要 大豆起源于中国并在世界范围内被广泛地传播种植。至迟在十八世纪中期,大豆已被引种到美国,此后经历了从创榛辟莽到枝繁叶茂的发展过程。大豆在美国的引种推广历程大体包括早期引种与缓慢发展期、快速发展期、波动发展期和稳步发展期,在四个发展阶段中大豆的种植和生产分别呈现出不同特点。 Soybean was originated in China and widely spread throughout the world. By the mid-eighteenth century,soybean had been introduced into the United States and since then it has undergone the process of developing to prosperity. Generally,the introduction and dissemination of soybean in the United States includes early introduction and slow development,rapid development,fluctuation development,as well as steady development. In the four developing stages,the cultivation and production of soybean present different characteristics.
