摘要 为避免超长的混凝土结构在施工及使用阶段发生开裂,须进行温度应力分析。以一个超长混凝土框架为例进行计算,在考虑混凝土收缩和徐变的前提下,分析温度应力变化规律。考虑到混凝土结构形成和使用过程中环境温度不断变化,且混凝土收缩和徐变均为曲线变化,建议采用施工模拟进行温度应力的过程分析。分析结果表明,施工阶段后浇带闭合后的降温及收缩是温度应力的控制因素,中部薄弱位置梁板的拉力是最不利的影响因素。 Temperature stress should be analyzed in order to avoid the ultra-long concrete structure crack in construction and use stage. The article shows a super-long concrete frame as an example to calculate, analyzing the change laws of temperature stress under the premise of considering the concrete shrinkage and creep. Because environmental temperature is changing in the course of the concrete structure forming and use, and shrinkage and creep of the concrete are curve changing, we suggests using construction simulation analysis of the process of temperature stress. From the results of the analysis, the temperature stress control factors is low temperature and shrinkage after the closure of post-cast strip in construction stage, and from the part under the force, tensile force of the beam and slab in central weak position is one of the most unfavorable influence factors.
