The Path to Enhance Practical Ability of Excellent Law Talents in Local Colleges

提升实践应用能力是地方院校卓越法律人才培养的基本要求,当前尴尬的法学实践教学改革仍未达到预期目标,地方院校卓越法律人才实践应用能力的提升路径应着力于培养机制、课程设计和实践教学改革三个维度,而法学实践教学改革可以通过标准化实习的常态化、法学全真案例库的建设和法律援助工作站的开设等方面实现创新。

Enhancing practical ability is the basic requirement of training outstanding law talents in local colleges. However, the embarrassing law practice teaching reform has not reached the expected target. The path to improve the practice ability of outstanding law talents in local colleges should focus on the three dimensions of cultivation mechanism, curriculum design and law practice teaching reform. The innovation of law practice teaching reform can be carried out from such aspects as regularizing standard practice, the construction of real case library, and establishment of legal aid workstation.
