摘要 2013年习总书记提出"一带一路"发展倡议, 2017年习总书记又提出了全球治理的思路,中国在国际舞台上发挥着越来越重要的作用,我们也将越来越多地向世界贡献中国的智慧,因此国家建设的各领域都急需既懂专业知识又能高效准确地进行外事交流的复合型人才。如何培养具备跨文化能力新型人才的任务目前尤为迫切,对于担负起这一重任的大学英语课程在新经济形势下要能有效地培养学习者的跨文化交际能力,才会真正成为"一带一路"这项伟大经济事业的建设者、创造者。 As President Xi Jinping put forward the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013 and the vision for global governance in 2017, China has been playing an increasingly important role in international stages, and will contribute more and more Chinese wisdom to the world. For this purpose, interdisciplinary talents who are skilled in professional sectors and are competent to carry on foreign affairs and exchanges efficiently and accurately are urgently required in various sectors of state construction. How to develop cross-cultural talents is an urgent task particularly now. The college English education should take this important task to effectively educate students’ cross-cultural ability in the new economic situation, delivering excellent builders of the great cause of Belt and Road Initiative.
