摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司大连(抚顺)石油化工研究院开发的安全环保型预硫化剂FSA-55顺利完成工业生产及应用。FSA-55成功应用于120 kt/a裂解汽油加氢装置的湿法硫化工序,起始硫化温度160℃,硫化过程平稳,未出现"飞温"现象。预硫化实际过程共用时20 h 40 min,实际核算注入量为1 110 kg,硫化期间切水720 kg。FSA-55加氢分解后产生的物质主要为C_4烷烃,分解物留存于循环油中,不会明显造成循环氢浓度的下降。预硫化后加氢催化剂效果与硫化剂DMDS硫化后的效果相当,产品质量合格。工业应用结果表明,硫化剂FSA-55具有安全环保等技术优势,在加氢催化剂湿法预硫化领域,可完全替代现有CS_2,DMDS和SZ-54硫化剂,具有广阔的应用前景。 The production and application of FSA-55,which is a safe and environment-friendly pre-sulfiding agent developed by SINOPEC Dalian(Fushun)Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals,have been successfully completed.FSA-55 has been successfully applied in a 120,000 TPY pyrolysis gasoline desulfurization unit.The initial pre-sulfiding temperature is 160℃,the pre-sulfiding process is stable and there is no"temperature run-away".The actual process of pre-sulfiding takes 20 hours and 40 minutes.The actual injection volume is 1 110 kg and the water is 720 kg during pre-sulfiding.The main product produced by the hydro-decomposition of FSA-55 is C4 alkanes.The decomposed material remains in the cycle oil,which will not cause the reduction of recycle hydrogen concentration.The performance of hydrogenation catalyst after pre-sulfiding is equivalent to that of DMDS after pre-sulfiding,and the product quality meet required specifications.The commercial applications show that the pre-sulfiding agent FSA-55 has the advantages in safety and environmental protection.It can completely replace the existing CS2,DMDS and SZ-54 pre-sulfiding agents and has a broad application.
