摘要
采用L_9(3~4)正交设计田间试验,研究不同施肥配比对益母草产量及盐酸水苏碱含量的影响。结果表明,氮肥(尿素)对益母草药材产量和盐酸水苏碱含量均有显著提高作用(P<0.05),其中尿素150 kg/hm^2、过磷酸钙250 kg/hm^2、硫酸钾480 kg/hm^2处理组合对益母草的产量和盐酸水苏碱含量的提高作用较明显,是本次试验的最佳组合。
An orthogonal experiment design with three factors(fertilizers)at three application levels was conducted to study the effect of different formula fertilizations on the yield and stachydrine hydrochloride content of Leonurus japonicus.The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer(urea)had significant effects on the yield and the content of stachydrine hydrochloride of Leonurus japonicus(P<0.05).The treatment combination(urea 150 kg/hm^2,calcium superphosphate 250 kg/hm^2,potassium sulfate 480 kg/hm^2)had a obvious effect on the yield and the content of stachydrine hydrochloride,which was the best combination of this experiment.
