广西铁皮石斛产业发展现状及对策

Development Situation of Dendrobium officinale Industry in Guangxi and Its Countermeasures

珍稀药材铁皮石斛逐步被人们所发掘,广泛应用于医疗、保健、食品等行业。据统计,广西是铁皮石斛主产区之一,但存在种植成本高,且目前还没有相关的栽培技术规范;加工环节以粗加工为主,生产的产品仅有几类,且档次不高;销售渠道单一,营销体系薄弱等问题。本文对广西铁皮石斛产业发展进行了SWOT分析,结合广西优势条件,提出了应注重产业研究,加大资金投入;建立种植标准、栽培规范;降低成本,提高品质;建立铁皮石斛精深加工研发体系,丰富产品种类;增加销售渠道,建立营销体系,从而形成产供销为一体的产业服务平台,开创一条适合广西铁皮石斛产业发展的林下经济模式。

As a rare medicinal material,Dendrobium officinale has been gradually discovered and widely used in medical,health care,food and other industries.According to statistics,Guangxi is one of the main producing areas of Dendrobium officinale,but there are some problems,such as planting cost high,and there is no relevant standardized cultivation technology;processing links mainly rough processing,the productions are only a few categories,and the grade is not high;single sales channel and weak sales system.SWOT analysis of the development of Dendrobium officinale in Gunngxi was carried out in this paper,combining with the advantages of Guangxi,we should pay attention to industrial research and increase capital input;establish planting standards and cultivation standards;reduce costs and improve quality;establish a research and development system of intensive processing to enrich production varieties;increase sales channels,establish a marketing system,so as to form a production,supply and marketing as one of the industrial service platform,establish a forest economic model suitable for industry development in Guangxi.
