摘要
居住地产体验区是地产商精心打造的体现项目品质的中心,其展现了地产商的品牌实力,体现了工程的施工品质。本文从地形要素、水体要素、植物要素、道路铺装和户外构建等5类主体要素方面对居住地产体验区景观构成要素进行分析,结合实景体验区图片,分析和阐述这些要素的重要作用和设计要求,以期为地产体验区景观的设计提供一定的借鉴。
Residential estate experience area is the center of project quality created by estate developers,which shows the brand strength of estate developers and the construction quality of the project.This paper analyzed the landscape elements of residential estate experience area from five main elements(topographic elements,water elements,plant elements,road pavement and outdoor construction).Combining with the pictures of residential estate experience area,the important role and design requirements of these elements were expounded,in order to provide some reference for the landscape design of residential estate experience area.
