八角、肉桂和香茅加工剩余物发酵配制饲料添加剂对肉鸡和蛋鸡的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Feed Additives on Chickens and Layers Prepared by Fermentation of Processing Residues of Star Anise,Cinnamon and Citronella

摘要 广西是八角、肉桂和香茅种植大省,每年加工产生的剩余物大都作为肥料或燃料烧掉,综合利用程度不高,有必要提高加工剩余物的附加值,开发其在饲料添加剂方面的应用。本文利用发酵菌对八角、肉桂和香茅废渣进行厌氧发酵处理,调配饲料喂养肉鸡和蛋鸡。结果表明,八角渣∶肉桂渣∶香茅渣=1:1:3配比制成的饲料添加剂对肉鸡的抗病性、增重、饲料减少量以及蛋鸡产蛋效果明显,肉鸡喂养120 d平均增重1 153 g,发病率降低13%,食料量减少15%;蛋鸡提前8 d产蛋,80 d多产蛋62个。 Guangxi is a big province where star anise,cinnamon and citronella are grown,and most of the processing residues is used as fertilizer or burned off as fuel every year.The comprehensive utilization degree is not high,so it is necessary to improve the added value of the processed residues and develop its application in feed additives.In this paper,the processing residues of star anise,cinnamon and citronella were anaerobic fermented by fermentation bacteria,and the chickens and layers were fed with mixed feed.The results showed that the feed additives(star anise residue:cinnamon residue :citronella residue =1 :1 :3)were effective in disease resistance,weight gain,feed reduction and laying of layers.The average weight gain of chickens after feeding 120 days was 1 153 g,the morbidity reduced by 13%,and the amount of food reduced by 15%.Layers laid eight days earlier and laid 62 eggs more than the control group in 80 days.
