摘要 对车辆进行振动性能试验是为分析车辆的运行平稳性等动力学指标。介绍在铁路货车车体疲劳与整车振动试验台上创建轨道激扰信号的2种方法。一种是基于实测轨道激扰的输入方法,采集车辆在线路运行时轴端等部位的振动响应数据,通过迭代的方法在试验台再现振动响应信号,求得试验台上的时域激扰信号。另一种是应用轨道不平顺特征的轨道谱拟合公式,经过反演求得各级轨道谱的时域波形。分析2种方法的优缺点,为实际使用时进行方法选择提供依据。 A vehicle vibration performance test is to analyze the dynamic indexes such as vehicle operation stability, etc. The article introduces two methods to create a track excitation signal on the car body fatigue and complete vehicle vibration test stand of freight wagons. The first method is based on the input of measured rail excitation : acquire the vibration response data at positions such as shaft end, etc. when a vehicle runs along a line, reproduce the vibration response signal on the test stand by means of iteration, then obtain the time domain excitation signal on the test stand. The second method is the track spectrum fitting formula utilizing track irregularity , which can obtain the time domain waveform of track spectrum at each level by means of inversion. The article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, thus providing a basis for method selection during practical use.
