基于视频全景分析技术的车载移动取证系统研究

摘要 针对高速公路交通违法行为取证设备难以突破检测不准、监控不广、证据不足、时效不强等技术难题,研发基于视频全景分析技术的集执法取证、纠违稽查、监控传输为一体的高速公路车载移动取证系统,突出以“视频场景自动分析”“视频目标自动检测与跟踪分析”“视频目标行为识别及分析”等关键技术为主体,完成海量视频内容自动分析技术的研究和开发应用。 This paper, targeting technical problems such as inaccurate detection, limited monitoring range, evidences collected not timely and sufficiently and others of traffic violation behavior evidence collecting equipment along the expressways, studied and developed an expressway vehicle-mounted evidence collecting system based on video panoramic analysis technology which integrates law enforcement evidence collection, violation rectification and inspection and video monitoring transmission together. By applying a series of key technologies including video scene automatic analysis, video target automatic detection and tracking analysis, video behavior identification and analysis, the system can complete massive video content automatic analysis.
