机动车驾驶人互联网满分和审验教育网上学习新模式的研究

本文对机动车驾驶人满分教育和审验教育网上学习新模式进行了研究,通过引入云视频服务技术和人脸识别技术,保障在线教育的可靠性和可行性。同时,将网络学习系统和公安网系统连接,根据驾驶人准驾车型和违法行为为驾驶人提供有针对性的个性化教育内容,形成网上约、网上学、网上办服务流程,实现业务在线办理,达到便民利民目的,利用“互联网+”将放管服更好地落到实处。
