高清视频检测技术在城市交通控制中的应用研究

高清视频检测技术作为一种新的道路交通检测方式,不仅能够检测到交通流量、占有率等传统的交通流参数,同时能提供车辆牌照、车辆行为、交通事件等信息,高清视频车辆检测器具有设置灵活、检测内容丰富、多车道检测、物体真实再现等特点。该技术的应用为城市交通控制提供了一种新的研究途径,本文对基于高清视频检测的数据进行处理分析研究,并基于视频综合检测技术探讨了单路口饱和交通控制的方法。

HD video detection technology as a new way of road traffic detection, not only can detect the traditional traffic flow parameters such as traffic volume and occupancy rate,also can provide information such as vehicle license plates, vehicle behaviors, traffic events, etc. HD video vehicle detectors are flexible, rich in detection contents and capable of multi-lanc detection and objects real reproduction. The application of this technology provides a new research approach for urban traffic control. In this paper, the data based on HD video detection were processed, analyzed and studied, and the saturated traffic control method for single intersection was discussed based on video comprehensive detection technology.
