城市道路单行线微循环设置研究——以恩施市市府路周边道路设置为例 被引量:2

摘要 随着机动车保有量的快速增长、交通出行量的上升以及交通出行的高度聚集,在道路承载能力有限的条件下,交通拥堵成为城市发展到一定阶段后的通病。单纯的依靠增加交通基础设施供给无法满足机动车快速增长的需求,需要通过交通管理手段缓解交通拥堵,单行线作为重要的交通管理手段之一,一定程度上能够有效地减少交通冲突,畅通微循环。本文以恩施市市府路周边道路为例,研究带有环岛端点的单行线微循环设置方案,总结缓解该区域交通拥堵现象的成效,为各地单行线交通组织规划的设置提供相应的参考。 With the rapid growth of vehicle ownership, the increase of traffic volume and the high concentration of road travel, under the condition of limited road capacity, traffic congestion becomes a common problem after urban development reaching a certain stage. Relying solely on increasing the supply of transportation infrastructure cannot meet the demand of rapid growth of motor vehicles, traffic management measures shall be used to ease traffic congestion. As one of the important traffic management methods, one-way traffic can greatly reduce traffic conflicts and smooth microcirculation. Taking the surrounding roads of Shifu Road of Enshi city as an example, the paper studied the setting scheme of one-way microcirculation with roundabout approaches, summarized the effect of alleviating traffic congestion in this region and provided corresponding reference for the setting of oneway traffic organization planning in other places.
