摘要
石墨烯特殊的平面二维结构赋予了其优异的物理化学特性,目前,石墨烯用于造纸涂料中发挥阻隔性能优势的有关研究鲜有报道。该文研发了一种用于高档包装纸板的石墨烯水性阻隔涂料,此涂料涂布于高档包装纸板上可赋予纸板较好的水汽、氧气、光线阻隔性能,并通过优化涂布工艺进一步提升了石墨烯高档包装纸板的阻隔性能。研发结果表明,石墨烯高档包装纸是一种新型环保型纸板,具有较高的附加值。
Graphene is a 2D allotrope of sp2 carbon in the form of a planar monolayer. Compared with other nanomaterials, graphene has many unique chemical and physical properties, such as thermal conductivity, mechanical properties and gas impermeability. There are few reports on the application of graphene in the barrier properties of paper coatings. This article develops a graphene water-based nano-coating for high?grade packaging paperboard , which can give the paperboard better water-vapor, oxygen and sun-light barrier properties. Furthermore, the barrier properties of graphene coated paper are greatly improved by optimizing the coating process. In conclusion, graphene can be used in paper-coating slurry to produce a novel environment-friendly and high value-added paper.
