卷烟纸透气度指标的影响因素探讨

Study on the Factors Affecting the Air Permeability of Cigarette Paper

卷烟纸是一种专供包卷烟草制作香烟的薄页型纸,纸质洁白(白度为82%~87%)、紧密、柔软细膩。提高卷烟纸安全性主要是降低主流烟气中的焦油含量,这要求烟卷纸具有相对较高的透气度,对主流烟气起稀释作用,所以卷烟纸透气度是卷烟纸关键性指标。该文研究了原料、填料对卷烟纸透气度的影响。结果表明:阔叶木浆种类及其配比、混合浆打浆度、填料种类及其加入量对卷烟纸透气度的影响较大;一般情况下,选用透气度高的阔叶木浆、提高阔叶木浆的配比、降低混合浆的打浆度、使用轻质碳酸钙作填料并提高其加入量对透气度指标均有积极作用。

Cigarette paper is a kind of thin paper specially used for wrapping tobacco to make cigarettes. The paper is white(82%?87% whiteness), closely, soft, fine and smooth. Increasing the safety of the cigarette paper is mainly to reduce the tar content in the mainstream smoke, which requires the cigarette paper has a relatively high porosity and can dilute the mainstream smoke, so the air permeability of the cigarette paper is a key indicator. Based on the raw material, filler, etc, to study the effect of cigarette paper porosity factor. The results showed that the air permeability of the cigarette is greatly affected by the type of hardwood pulp, proportioning, beating degree of mixed pulp, the amount and species of filler. In general, using of broad-leaved wood pulp with high air permeability, increasing the proportion of broad-leaved wood, decreasing the beating degree of mixed wood pulp and increasing the amount of filling, and using the light calcium carbonate as filler have positive effects on the air permeability index.
