胆汁郁积症早产患儿服用健脾利胆合剂的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Jianpi Lidan Mixture in Premature Infants with Cholestasis

目的:探讨胆汁郁积症早产患儿服用健脾利胆合剂的临床疗效。方法:胆汁郁积症患儿78例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规西医疗法治疗,观察组加用健脾利胆合剂治疗,分析两组患儿治疗2周后的临床效果。结果:治疗前,两组患儿中医症候积分、肝脏和脾胀肿大程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组主症、次症积分低于对照组,肝脏和脾胀肿大程度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BilT、TBAI、BilD、γ-GT、ALT、ALP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组BilT、TBAI、BilD水平低于对照组,但γ-GT、ALT、ALP水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾利胆合剂治疗胆汁郁积症可改善患儿临床症状,减轻黄疸、程度及肝脾肿大,具有较好的疗效。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Lidan mixture in premature children with cholestasis. Methods :78 children with cholestasis were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Lidan mixture. The clinical effect of the two groups after 2 weeks treatment was analyzed. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score, liver and splenomegaly between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ). After treatment, the scores of major and secondary symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the degree of enlargement of liver and spleen was smaller tluin that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of BilTr TBAIN BilD,γ- GTnr ALT and ALP ( P > 0. 05). After treatment, the level of Bi IT TBAIN BilD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the ALP water of γ-GTnn ALP was lower than that in the control group. There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group (P>0. 05). Conclusion : Jianpi Lidan mixture can improve the clinical symptoms of children with cholestasis, reduce the degree of liver and splenomegaly, and promote liver microcirculation.
