骨质增生止痛丸联合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Bone Hyperplasia Pain Pill Combined with Acupuncture for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探究骨质增生止痛丸联合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床价值,提升患者临床治疗水平,帮助患者快速康复。方法:选取100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(50例)均实施临床西医常规治疗,同时给予患者针刺治疗,观察组所有患者(50例)则在对照组患者治疗基础上联合骨质增生止痛丸治疗,对比两组患者疗效、治疗前后患者膝关节功能评分(Lysholm评分)及骨关节炎指数评估量表(WOMAC)评分、治疗过程中不良反应情况及患者对治疗的满意程度。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率(98.00%)显著高于对照组(86.00%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗前两组患者Lysholm评分、WOMAC评分均相当,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,治疗后各组患者Lysholm评分、WOMAC评分均改善,观察组患者治疗后评分均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗后不良反应发生率(2.00%)与对照组(4.00%)相当,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗满意率率(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:骨质增生止痛丸联合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效佳,患者恢复好,疼痛轻,不良反应少,安全性高,且患者满意率高,具有较高临床推广以及应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of acupuncture combined with Bone Hyperplasia Pain Pill in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, aiming to improve the clinical therapeutic level of patients and to help patients recover quickly. The incidence of adverse reactions(2. 00%) in the observation group was comparable to that of the control group (4. 00%), P <0. 05. The satisfaction rate (98. 00%) was higher in the observation group than those in the control group( 84. 00%), P < 0. 05 , and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Bone Hyperplasia Pain Pill combined acupuncture treatment iseffective on knee joint arthritis, making patients recovery quikly Relieving pains with less adverse reaction and high safety, and the patients satisfaction is high. It has a high clinical popularization and application value.
