摘要
民国初年,大冶铁矿因社会治安和内部管理混乱而迭起风潮,而一战的爆发为汉冶萍公司的发展提供了绝好的发展机遇,汉冶萍公司董事会与大冶铁矿管理者为改善经营管理状况,实行了一系列的改组整顿措施。虽然这次改组整顿过程中激化了大冶铁矿的内部矛盾,最终收效甚微,但它是中国近代企业步入制度化和现代化过程的一次尝试。
In the early period of the Republic of China, Daye Iron Mine was faced with frequent agitation caused by social insecurity and internal management turmoil. However, when the World War I broke out, it brought good opportunity for development. The board of Han-Ye-Ping Company and the directors of Daye Iron Mine implemented a series of reorganization and rectification measures to improve the operation and management. Though the act achieved very little, which sharpened the internal conflicts of Daye Iron Mine, it was an important attempt for China’s modern enterprises to enter the process of institutionalization and modernization.
