摘要 研究基于数据包络分析的CCR与BCC模型对2006~2016年间我国31省区的物流运输效率进行了评价,结果表明:我国物流运输业的技术效率总体偏低,表现为中部>西部>东部的区域分布结构,并且东部技术效率值也明显低于全国平均水平;纯技术效率是物流运输效率提升的关键所在,而规模效率是制约物流效率提升的主要因素;此外,由于物流技术基础水平的差异,东中部大部分省区对现有物流技术的运用程度普遍较低,处于物流资源投入规模报酬递增阶段。因此,要因地制宜改善物流资源投入结构,提高物流技术消化能力,进而促进全国物流运输效率的不断提升。 The CCR and BCC models based on data envelopment analysis are used to evaluate the logistics transportation efficiency of 31 provinces in China from 2006 to 2016. The results show that the technical efficiency of China's logistics and transportation industry is generally low. With regard to different region of China, the efficiency can be sequenced as central China> west China > east China, and the eastern technical efficiency value is also significantly lower than the national average. Pure technical efficiency is the key to the improvement of logistics transportation efficiency, and scale efficiency is the main factor that restricts the improvement of logistics efficiency. In addition, due to the difference in the basic level of logistics technology, most of the provinces and autonomous regions in the eastern and central regions have generally used less existing logistics technologies, and are in the stage of increasing returns on the scale of logistics resources. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the investment structure of logistics resources according to local conditions, improve the digestibility of logistics technology, and thus promote the continuous improvement of logistics transportation efficiency throughout the country.
